Booking Policy

myABL Coins Marketplace Policy:

Following is the policy that provide guidelines to customers for flight, hotel booking and online shopping from myABL Coins Marketplace:

FLIGHT

Customers should carefully read policy before booking, cancelling or requesting for refund when flight booking is conducted using myABL Coins Marketplace.

  • myABL Coins redemption against flight booking includes airfare and applicable taxes, whereas applicable airport taxes, baggage and other charges which may be payable to the airline or at certain airports are not included. Some airlines and fare rules do not include baggage as part of the booked fares. Also, rules may vary from time to time without prior notice. It is advisable to contact the airline directly or visit the airline’s website to learn more about baggage limits.
  • Refunds against No-Shows or partially unused flights will be according to the respective airline policy.
  • Allied Bank is not responsible for any delay or change of schedule by the airline after issuance of the ticket. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • For flight cancellation or queries, you may call Allied Bank’s 24/7 Helpline at 042/021 111-225-225. In some cases, though, you will need to contact the airline directly.
  • Every booking made through myABL Coins Marketplace is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, if any, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • In case cancellation is initiated by the customer, charges will be applicable in accordance with the respective airlines’ policy.
  • If cancellation is not initiated by the customer, i.e. flights being grounded/cancelled/or any other unforeseen circumstances, utilized myABL Coins will be refunded back into customer account.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy. Partially utilized tickets are non-refundable in most cases as well.
  • Only cancellation requests made by Allied Bank Call Center 042/021 111 225 225 shall be entertained. Allied Bank shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium including but not limited to SMS and e-mail.
HOTEL

Customers should carefully read policy before booking, cancelling or requesting for refund when hotel booking is conducted using myABL Coins Marketplace.

  • Check in and check out or a late check-out facility in a hotel depends completely on the hotel’s policy, discretion and room availability on that particular date. Allied Bank cannot guarantee anything in this regard. Please check with the relevant hotel for further details.
  • Refunds against No-Shows will be according to the respective Hotel Booking Policy.
  • Please contact Allied Bank Call Center for cancellation of booking. Please do not call the hotel directly as the same would not be considered.
  • Cancellation of booking depend upon the hotel policy. Some bookings are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation initiated by the customer, charges will be applicable in accordance with the respective hotel policy.
  • Cancellation for any reasons not initiated by the customer i.e. hotels sold out and/or any other unforeseen circumstances wherein Hotel is unable to provide stay, applicable myABL Coins will be refunded back into customer account.
ONLINE SHOPPING
  • All products being displayed at myABL Coins Marketplace are subject to availability. Actual products may differ from the ones visually displayed in myABL Coins marketplace or other printed materials.
  • All items provided using Coins redemption do not have a “trial period”, unless specifically mentioned.
  • Your merchandise will be delivered within 6-7 working days (subject to the availability of stock & courier policy).
  • myABL Coins online Shopping products will be delivered within Pakistan only.
  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
  • In case the product is received in a damaged condition, please inform us by calling at 042/021 111-225-225 within 48 hours of receiving product.
  • The damaged/altered/not as described products will be replaced solely as per the terms and conditions of the company / merchant /service provider.
  • In the event we do not receive your request within 48 hours of product delivery, request will not be facilitated.
  • In case the company/merchant/service provider fails to deliver product due to shortage of stock, customer’s Coins will be refunded.
GIFT VOUCHER
  • Gift vouchers are issued by participating merchants on behalf of Allied Bank subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash, refund, returned or cancelled.
  • International Gift Voucher details will be emailed within 24 hours of request on your registered email address (subject to availability of stock).
  • If you don’t receive a confirmation email, you can contact Allied Bank Call Center on 042/021 111-225-225.
  • Gift vouchers have an expiry date and the receiver has to utilize the vouchers within the expiry date. Allied Bank will neither extend the validity date nor refund any myABL Coins against expired Vouchers.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for use only at participating merchants and subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the respective participating merchants.
  • Gift vouchers can only be used once to make a purchase. Any unused amount at the time of making the purchase will be forfeited. In case the transaction amount is more than the value contained in the Gift Voucher, the balance amount will be paid by the customer.
  • The merchant retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.
  • Allied Bank will not be responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement or refund of myABL Coins will be provided in any circumstances.
  • In case of physical voucher, it will be delivered within 6-7 working days on customer’s address (subject to availability of stock and courier policy).
Lounge

  • DragonPass is a one stop premium airport service provider where members can enjoy airport lounge access, enjoy dining discount in participating outlets and reserve Meet & Greet and Limousine service to enjoy a wholesome airport experience. You will be entitled to facilities like refreshments, television, complimentary internet access, shower, and flight status updates etc. Please do note that the availability of facilities varies between different lounges.
  • Download the App from App Store or Google Play Store by searching for “DragonPass”.
  • The self-purchased membership will be activated and ready to use right after the purchase. If you received your DragonPass membership from Issuer that comes along with a Membership No. and Activation Code, you will need to activate your DragonPass membership by following the activation instructions in the App. Your digital membership number can be found in “My Cards” section or in the “Profile” section by clicking on “Memberships”. Present your digital membership using the App on your mobile phone to the lounge staff for simple membership verification. Upon successful verification, you can proceed to enjoy the lounge services.
  • Each lounge has its own policies regarding guests and children. Please check the lounge information in the lounge description provided in the App. If the lounge permits guests, please do take note that you will need to have sufficient visit toped up in your membership as one visit will be deducted from it for each guest accessing the lounge.
  • DragonPass membership is not transferable and is only valid up to its date of expiry. The membership may not be used by any person other than the named cardholder.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once the order is placed, cancellation is not permitted. Hence, no myABL Coins will be refunded for the same.
Miles Exchange

  • All terms and conditions are mentioned / can be read before redeeming the myABL Coins.

Gamification

  • Make a redemption of the game in order to take part in the game campaign to win attractive prizes.
  • Upon redemption of the game campaign, the game URL will be sent via email.
  • Click on the game URL in the email to participate in the game campaign to win.
  • Prizes will be in the form of digital and/or physical form depending on the T&C.
  • Campaign will be valid as per stated.
  • Terms & Conditions applied.

Cancellation Policy:
